Chan Ka Isom, 31, passed away on August 3, 2008. Beloved by family and friends, Chan was known for his cheerful presence and commitment to those he loved. He worked as an employee at NSC and cared deeply for his family, especially his wife Tawana. Chan is survived by his wife, his mother Idalyn Isom, and his brothers Cory (Diann), Cacy (Shelby) and Chad (Elisha) Isom, along with extended family including his mother‑in‑law Beverly Harris and sisters‑in‑law Tamika and Tamara Harris.

Porter & Sons Funeral Home in Louisville.
