Frequently asked questions

Questions about MyMemorium

Is MyMemorium free?

Creating a memorial page is included with every paid Crime Solvers Central membership, starting with Jr. Detective at $3.97 a month or $39 a year. Visitors never pay anything to view a memorial, leave a tribute, share a story, or light a candle.

How many memorial pages can I create?

Jr. Detective includes 1 memorial page, Sr. Detective includes up to 5, and True Crime Influencer includes up to 50. If you reach your plan’s limit, you can remove an existing memorial or move to a larger plan.

Can I make a memorial for a pet or for someone who is still living?

Yes. Every memorial can be set up as a remembrance, a living tribute, or a pet memorial, and you can change the type later in the editor.

Who can see the memorial?

You choose. A memorial can be public and searchable, unlisted (anyone with the link), protected with a password, or private and shared only with people you invite. You can also keep a public memorial out of search results.

Can family and friends add to the page?

Yes. Visitors can leave tributes, share stories, light virtual candles, and add photos when you allow it. You can require approval before anything appears, and you can invite managers, editors, and moderators to help look after the page.

What can I add to a memorial?

A biography and obituary, photos and albums, videos (uploaded or from YouTube and Vimeo), audio and documents, a life timeline, places and the resting place, family and loved ones, service and remembrance events with RSVPs, a memorial quote, background music, and a link for donations in their memory.

Can I choose the memorial’s web address?

Yes. Each memorial gets its own clear address on mymemorium.com, such as mymemorium.com/jane-smith, and a printable QR remembrance card that opens it.

What happens to a memorial if my membership ends?

The memorial is kept but becomes temporarily unavailable to visitors. Restarting a membership restores the page with its photos, stories, and tributes.

Can I download a copy of the memorial?

Yes. The memorial’s owner and managers can download an export of the memorial from the editor.

Can I pay yearly or cancel?

Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly (yearly saves about 17%), and memberships can be canceled anytime under the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
