Remembering Ryan

A life held close in memory

Ryan Anfernee Wear, 30, of White Hall, Arkansas, is remembered for the love he held for his family and the bonds he shared with those close to him. Born in Pine Bluff, Ryan was the cherished son of Linnie Wear and Sharon A. (Meadows) Wear. He was a proud father to his daughter, Aleigha Wear, whose place in his life was central to his identity.

Ryan’s life was anchored by family. He is survived by his parents; his daughter; brothers Linnie D. Wear and Quaryl Wear; sisters Kimbelry Wear, Lemeko Wear, and Laida Egbosimba; and a wide circle of extended relatives and friends who remember him for the connections he kept with loved ones across Arkansas and beyond. Those who knew Ryan recall a person for whom family gatherings and small, everyday moments mattered.

Friends and relatives gathered to honor Ryan’s life at Brown Funeral Home in Pine Bluff, with a funeral service held at King’s Highway Missionary Baptist Church. His memory was laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery’s Cedar Grove Section. The services provided an opportunity for family and community to exchange stories, offer comfort, and celebrate the care Ryan showed to those around him.

While public records and notices summarize key facts of Ryan’s passing, the circle of people who loved him remember him in personal ways—through the everyday kindnesses, the quiet support, and the presence he brought to family life. His daughter, parents, siblings, and extended family carry forward those memories.

Ryan’s life—rooted in Pine Bluff and White Hall—was meaningful to the people who knew and loved him. He is held in their thoughts with gratitude for the place he had in their lives, and with hopes that those memories will bring comfort and keep his spirit near.
