Lewis Anthony Polk

Lewis Anthony Polk, 64, of Piedmont, South Carolina, passed away on November 2, 2024, at his residence. Born November 22, 1959, in Memphis, Tennessee, Lewis was the son of the late Joe Edward Polk and Lillie Bell Polk Smith. He was a man whose life centered on family and the everyday ties that hold communities together.

Lewis is remembered by his children: his daughter, Claudia Martin of Spartanburg, and his sons Kinney Tyree Duckett of Gray Court and Lewis Anthony Polk, Jr. of the home.
