Remembering Kiley

A life held close in memory

Kiley Grace Kennedy was an 18-year-old senior at Eureka High School who brought light and laughter to those who knew her. Family tributes describe her as a loving daughter of Rich Kennedy Jr. and the late Kimberly Kennedy (Pritchett), and a sister to Logan and Connor Kennedy. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins remembered Kiley as a bright presence in family gatherings and a young woman who touched those around her with a lively personality and sense of humor.

Kiley’s life was celebrated by relatives and friends at a memorial service held in December 2021. Messages left by family and friends recalled her laugh, her capacity to make others feel at ease, and the close family bonds she shared. Those who knew her spoke of her as “Grace” and a cherished granddaughter, niece, and cousin whose memory remains vivid in the lives she touched.

While public records show she died in late 2021 near Pacific, Missouri, the focus of this remembrance is on the person she was: a high-school senior with family at the center of her life and people who loved her deeply. Kiley’s family arranged a memorial service and invited friends and community members to celebrate her life; the funeral home that assisted the family was Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory in Ballwin, Missouri.

Public tributes emphasize Kiley’s warmth, humor, and the comfort her family finds in one another. Though details in public accounts vary about the exact date reported by different sources, what endures in the recollections shared publicly is a portrait of a young woman cherished by family and friends. This page honors Kiley by holding those memories close and recognizing the value of her life beyond the circumstances of her passing.
