Friendly and hardworking, he earned a reputation in his community as someone people could rely on to fix, build, or lend a hand.
Family was the center of Keith’s life. He and his wife, Esther, were partners for decades, and he was a devoted father to six children. He delighted in being a dad and took particular pride in watching his children grow; his family remembers him for his jokes, the music he played on the road between jobs, and the patience he showed when teaching younger relatives how to work with their hands. Keith was also a beloved brother and uncle, known for bringing levity and practical help to family gatherings.
Those who knew him remember a man who had worked to move forward and provide for those he loved. Colleagues and neighbors often saw him arriving or leaving with a trailer and a steady playlist, focused on the next task but always ready with a smile or a laugh to ease a difficult moment. Keith’s funeral service was arranged by Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Homes, and he was laid to rest in North Burial Ground in Providence. He was predeceased by his father, Robert “Pinky” Lee, and maternal grandmother, Barbara Jean Singleton. He is survived by his wife, Esther Singleton; his children; his mother, Judy Singleton; and a wide circle of relatives and friends who will carry forward his memory.
While Keith’s life ended far too soon, those who loved him remember a steady presence: a committed worker, a devoted husband and father, and a man whose humor and generosity left a lasting impression.
