Obituary
A formal remembrance
Jordan Daniel Wright, 25, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 16, 2017. Born September 27, 1991, in Muncie, Indiana, Jordan was a proud graduate of Pike High School and had been pursuing his passion for visual arts at International Business College where he studied graphic design. Those who knew him remember Jordan for a natural artistic gift and a quiet dedication to learning his craft.
At college Jordan worked with classmates and instructors honing his design skills under the guidance of his teacher, Kevin Wilson. He cared deeply about developing his talent and shared his creativity with people close to him. Jordan’s life reflected both a devotion to his family roots in the region and a bright, emerging interest in visual storytelling through design.
While Jordan’s time was far too short, those who loved him recall a young man who sought to build a future through study and creativity. His friends and family have gathered memories of his gentle presence, his artistic curiosity, and the small kindnesses he offered in everyday moments. Jordan’s life mattered to many — as a son, friend, student, and creative spirit.
He is remembered with affection by those who knew him and by the Pike High School and International Business College communities where he studied. Jordan’s family welcomed memories and remembrances shared on public memorial pages and asked that those who wish to honor him do so with thoughts of kindness and acts that celebrate creativity and learning.
