In loving memory of

Jerry Trivon Coleman

April 28, 1985 — September 13, 2016

Jerry Trivon Coleman (April 28, 1985–September 13, 2016) is remembered for the ordinary, important parts of life — his ties to Fort Wayne and the people who knew him — and the bright presence he brought to those around him.
