Obituary

A formal remembrance

Jennifer Paramore Hill of Goshen, Alabama, was a warm, selfless presence in her community and at home. Born July 28, 1987, Jennifer devoted herself to family and service, pouring time and care into the local schools, PTO, and youth programs she loved. She was known for a generous heart and a bright, steady light that others relied on — a woman whose willingness to help was part of her everyday life.

Jennifer cherished her role as a mother to her two sons, Ben and Jasper Hill, and she shared a life with her husband, BJ (Benjamin) Hill. Family was central to Jennifer’s world: she is remembered by her parents, Eddie and Angie Paramore; her mother Donna (Meeks); sisters and brothers; and a wide circle of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends across the Goshen community she adopted as her own. The many people who counted on her for kindness, leadership in the PTO, and support for the youth rec league recall her as someone whose efforts lifted others.

Her family’s statements describe Jennifer as self-sacrificing and foundational to those around her — a person whose legacy now rests in the lives she helped shape and the community work she carried forward. Services to honor Jennifer’s life were arranged by Skeen Funeral Home, with a funeral service held September 14, 2024, and a private graveside following. Those who loved her continue to celebrate the warmth of her spirit and the lasting impact of her volunteerism and devotion to family.
