Obituary

A formal remembrance

Javier Adrian Romero (March 26, 2007 – October 22, 2025) is remembered for the bright spirit and kindness he shared with family and friends. Known affectionately as “Javiersito,” Javier was a devoted son to Francisco Javier Romero and Adriana E. Rivera González and a loving brother to Gustavo and Melissa Romero. He treasured time with his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and the many friends who became an extended family.

Javier’s laughter and warmth were often at the center of celebrations and everyday moments alike. Family memories recall him turning ordinary meals into joyful occasions and bringing energy to every room he entered. Those close to him remember his ready smile, his caring nature, and the small ways he made people feel seen and valued.

He shared a special, playful bond with his cousin Adrianita Sánchez, with whom he made countless memories—adventures, laughter, and companionship that family members say will be cherished forever. Javier’s presence brightened gatherings, and his memory will live on in the stories and traditions his family holds dear.

A viewing will be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home in Pasco, with a Mass planned for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Javier’s final resting place will be City View Cemetery. Family and friends have invited those who loved him to celebrate his life, share memories, and support one another during this time of grief.

Javier’s family has expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love from the community and the support offered for funeral arrangements. Though his life was brief, Javier’s kindness, laughter, and the warmth he gave to others leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be remembered for the light he brought into the lives of family and friends and for the love that remains in their memories.
