Jacob J. Stough, born June 19, 1989, was a longtime resident of Nikiski whose bright smile and family-first spirit left a lasting impression on those who knew him. Jacob cherished his role as a husband to Pastel Stough and was a devoted son to Jodie J. (Hall) Stough of Nikiski. He is also remembered by his brothers, Milton B. Stough, Jr. and Matthew I. Stough, his sister Catherine Elaine Stough of Portland, Oregon, and his nieces Jaymie R.D. Moore, Emily and Abigail Stough.
Family members remembered Jacob’s smile as a defining part of who he was: a small, everyday kindness that comforted and connected people. Though his life was cut short on March 16, 2018 in Anchorage, the memories he left — of laughter, family gatherings, and quiet moments with loved ones — continue to be cherished by those closest to him.
