Remembering Dylan
A life held close in memory
Dylan Anthony-Juell DuBois, born August 4, 1992, in Las Vegas, was a young man of quiet determination and warm loyalty to family and friends. A graduate of Durango High School, Dylan enjoyed playing tennis during his school years and carried that same competitive, team-minded spirit into everything he did. He built a practical, hands-on career as an HVAC technician with Royal Refrigeration and was actively working toward certification to advance his skills and opportunities.
Dylan is remembered by his parents, Cordelia and Michael Albanese; his sister Michelle; his brother Michael Jr.; and his extended family, including grandparents Linda and Donald Albanese and other relatives who loved him. Those who knew him recall a person who took pride in his work, valued his family ties, and approached life with steady effort and care for others.
A viewing was held at Palm Mortuary in Henderson, with Mass and burial following at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name were suggested to causes meaningful to the family. Though his life was cut far too short, Dylan’s commitment to learning his trade, his connection to family, and the small everyday ways he showed up for people remain the heart of his memory.
