April 3, 2002 — July 10, 2021
Daemon A. Petetan (Apr 3, 2002–Jul 10, 2021) loved working on cars—especially his 1995 Fox Body Mustang—playing basketball, collecting Jordans, and spending time with family and friends.
Remembering Daemon
A life held close in memory
Daemon A. Petetan, 19, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away unexpectedly on July 10, 2021. Born April 3, 2002, in Lancaster, California, Daemon moved with his mother to Lake Havasu City in 2007 and grew into a young man known for his hands-on skills, warm presence, and distinct interests.
Daemon had a deep passion for working on cars; his pride in and care for his 1995 Fox Body Mustang reflected a patient curiosity and practical talent that family and friends often admired. He also enjoyed playing basketball, gaming on his Xbox, listening to music, and collecting Jordan sneakers—small pieces of joy that helped define his everyday life.
Family was central to Daemon’s life. He is survived by his parents, Donnell Petetan and Nicole Polcyn, and by his brothers and sisters. Those who knew him remember a spirited young man who took pleasure in simple, meaningful things: time with loved ones, a good meal (he especially liked steak), and the focused satisfaction of fixing and caring for his car.
Daemon graduated from high school in Lake Havasu City and was known in his community as someone eager to learn and to spend time with others. While words cannot fully capture the loss felt by family and friends, memories of Daemon’s laugh, his enthusiasm for projects, and his thoughtful presence remain with those who loved him.
A private remembrance and services were arranged through Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home in Lake Havasu City. In honoring Daemon’s memory, loved ones ask that remembrances focus on the life he lived—the interests he pursued, the family he cherished, and the everyday moments that revealed his character.
