Remembering Christina
A life held close in memory
Christina Ray Davila, 21, was remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. Firm in her faith and devoted to her two children, Johnathon and Isabella Molina, Christina brought care and affection into the everyday moments of family life. Those who knew her recall a young woman who placed her children and family at the center of her world.
Born in 1990, Christina was surrounded by family who stood by her as grandparents, parents, siblings and extended relatives. Her grandparents Arthur and Linda Rodriguez and Vernon and Debbie Green, her parents Arthur Davila and Michelle, and her mother Christy Green were among her closest supporters. She is also survived by sisters Miranda and Isabel Davila, brother Nicholas Davila, and a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who gathered to honor her memory.
Her funeral service was held at St. Andrew Catholic Church with interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Family requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a memorial fund for her children to help remember and support Johnathon and Isabella as they grow.
Christina’s life was marked by her love for her children and the importance she placed on family ties. Though her time was far too short, those who loved her remember her tenderness, her presence at family moments, and the small everyday ways she showed care. She is remembered with love and prayer by the many people whose lives she touched.
