Christian Rodgers

Christian Phillip Nolan Rodgers, affectionately called Chris or “Chris Feddi,” passed away on April 9, 2017, at the age of 26. Born on August 20, 1990, in Vineland, New Jersey, Christian carried a deep love of music that shaped his hopes and the way many in his community remember him. An aspiring rap artist, he pursued his talent with passion and was known locally for his creativity and ambition.

Christian was a devoted father to two young sons, and family was central to his life. He is remembered by his parents, Kerry Rodgers Sr. and JuneAnn Gross Rodgers, his fiancée, maternal grandparents, three brothers, a sister, and an extended circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces who cherish his memory. Friends and neighbors recall a young man who loved to create, who carried dreams for his music, and who left a lasting imprint on those close to him.

Services to honor Christian’s life were arranged by May Funeral Home in Vineland, and friends and family gathered at Faith Tabernacle Holy Church for visitation and a memorial service. He was laid to rest at Haleyville Cemetery. In the days that followed his passing, messages of condolence highlighted his warmth, his talent, and the deep love his family held for him.

Though his life was cut tragically short, Christian’s presence endures in the memories of his children, his family, and friends who continue to celebrate the moments he shared, his creativity, and the promise he carried for the future. He is remembered with love and gratitude by those who knew him.
