Obituary
A formal remembrance
Brian A. Mauck was born October 25, 1977, and built a life full of adventure, laughter and close family ties. Brian and his wife Beverly met in April 2001 and married on May 5, 2006, in Turks and Caicos. Those who knew him remember Brian’s ready smile and his love of the outdoors — from scuba diving and travel to riding his Harley and cheering for the Seahawks. Family meant everything to him. He is survived by his parents, Al and Pam Mauck; his sister Jennifer (Chris Heilbrun); and his nieces Gracie and Lexie. Brian and Beverly’s warmth, sense of fun and devotion to one another left a lasting impression on friends and family. A memorial service was held at the Federal Way Community Center on November 24, 2007, where many who loved them gathered to celebrate the couple’s lives and the joy they brought to others. Brian’s memory endures in the stories shared by those who loved him and in the quiet moments of those who still feel his laughter and generosity.
