Brandon Oman

Brandon Oman of Glenwood, Iowa, was born July 28, 1987. He was a devoted father to his daughter Isabelle and a loving son to Mark Lynn and Debra Ann Oman of Treynor. Brandon was known to those close to him as a reliable, hardworking presence who cared for his family and took pride in his work. He counted among his companions a close-knit circle of friends and coworkers at I-29 Repair, who remember him for his steady support and quiet good humor.

Brandon cherished family time and the simple everyday moments that made life rich: being present for his daughter, sharing laughs with siblings, and taking part in the rhythms of small-town life. He is survived by his daughter Isabelle; his parents, Mark Lynn and Debra Ann Oman; and his brothers, Josh Oman and William Snelling, as well as many extended family members, coworkers, and friends who held him dear.

A celebration of life was arranged to give family and community members an opportunity to come together to honor Brandon’s memory. In keeping with the family’s wishes, memorial contributions were suggested to support his daughter Isabelle.

Brandon’s family asks that those who remember him hold close the warmth he offered and the ordinary acts of care that defined his life. He will be remembered for his steady devotion to his loved ones and the quiet ways he made the lives around him better.
