Remembering Adam

A life held close in memory

Adam Williams of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away on July 28, 2019. Family and friends gathered to honor his life with a service at J.W. Jones Memorial Chapel on August 17, followed by burial at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Though public records of Adam’s life are brief, those who planned his service sought to celebrate the person he was to his loved ones: a member of his community whose loss was deeply felt. Visitation was held before the service so relatives and friends could offer comfort and share memories.

Those who wish to honor Adam’s memory were invited to sign the guest book and send remembrances through the funeral arrangements, reflecting the community support that surrounded his family during a difficult time. His passing reminded many of the fragile value of every young life and the importance of holding close the people we love.

Adam’s life—though cut short—was marked by meaningful connections and the care of his family. He is remembered by those who knew him and mourned by a community that held a service in his honor at J.W. Jones Memorial Chapel and laid him to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery.
