Remembering Jennifer

A life held close in memory

Jennifer Tori Talley, cherished daughter, sister, and teacher, passed into the arms of her Savior on February 12, 2026, at the age of 23. Born September 16, 2002, Jennifer carried a warm, bubbly spirit that made those around her feel seen and uplifted. She was known for a quick smile, a ready laugh, and a patience that served her well in the classroom.

A 2021 graduate of Chilton County High School, Jennifer followed her love for children into early childhood education. She worked as a Pre-K teacher at West End Baptist Church in Clanton, where families recall her gentle care and the way she helped young learners grow with kindness. Her faith was central to her life; she gave her life to Christ early on and leaned on that faith in all she did, from community activities to quiet moments with family.

Jennifer loved time with her friends and family and treasured simple pleasures like traveling to the beach. She is remembered by parents Burnadette Bailey and Eric Brian Talley; her maternal grandparents and a circle of devoted sisters and step-siblings who cherished her presence. Jennifer’s family also finds comfort in the many friends, church family, and children whose lives she brightened.

Her family honored her life with services held in late February 2026, gathering to celebrate a young woman whose generosity of spirit and joyful personality left a lasting imprint on those who knew her. Though her life was far too short, Jennifer’s warmth, patience, and faith continue to inspire. She will be lovingly remembered by all who were touched by her heart and her laughter.
