Javon Williams

Javon Amir Williams, 22, of Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 24, 2014, at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Javon was known to his family and friends by warm nicknames and remembered as a devoted son and brother whose presence brightened the lives around him.

He was a beloved child of Alisha Green and John Williams and is survived by close family members who treasured him deeply. Those who knew Javon recall a young man rooted in his community and family life, surrounded by relatives who loved him and who gathered to honor his memory.

Family and friends celebrated Javon’s life with a viewing and funeral service held at St. Luke Community Christian Church in Chester on May 3, 2014. Those services provided an opportunity for loved ones to share stories, comfort one another, and remember the person behind the name—his laughter, relationships, and the everyday moments that made him known to family and friends.

While Javon’s life ended far too soon, the memories held by his family remain. He is remembered tenderly by those who loved him, and his life continues to matter in the hearts of his parents, siblings, extended family, and community.
