A life held close in memory
Diquan Q. Meriwether, 19, of Fort Wayne, passed away on January 14, 2020. Known to family and friends for his close bonds and the company he kept, Diquan’s life was honored by those who loved him at services held at Jerusalem Baptist Church. Family and community gathered to celebrate his life and to offer condolences, remembering him for the connections and everyday moments that made him who he was. Funeral arrangements were handled by Community Funeral Care, Carmichael Chapel, and the visitation provided an opportunity for friends and relatives to share memories and support one another. Though his life was cut short, Diquan’s presence in his community and among his loved ones is remembered with affection and care.
