David Chambers III of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was born December 16, 1992, and died February 17, 2025. He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Taneal Chambers; his daughter, Selena Chambers; and his sisters Jelisa, Courtney, and Davina Chambers.
David’s family asked that loved ones keep them in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Services were arranged with a visitation and celebration of life at Mount Moriah Baptist Church on March 14, 2025, where friends and community members gathered to honor his memory.
Those who knew David recall a family-centered spirit—someone whose relationships were at the heart of his life. He is survived by close relatives who will carry forward his memory through shared stories and gatherings.
In this time of grief, the family welcomed expressions of sympathy through floral tributes or other remembrances. The outpouring of support from friends and the Baton Rouge community reflected the place David held in the lives of those nearest to him.
David’s family asked for privacy as they mourn and make arrangements. May his daughter and mother, and all who loved him, find comfort in each other and in the memories he leaves behind.
