Remembering Camarin

A life held close in memory

Camarin Temont Wallace, affectionately known to family and friends as “Peeboo,” “Peegotti,” or “P,” brought warmth and laughter to those around him. Born in Annapolis on December 15, 2005, Camarin was described by those who knew him as sociable, cheerful, and always ready with a joke or a smile that could light up a room. A caring son and an attentive older brother, he often helped with his younger siblings and enjoyed simple pleasures—spending time with friends, making playful videos, riding his dirt bike, and even doing his laundry with a responsible streak beyond his years.

Camarin attended Anne Arundel County public schools and had just completed eighth grade at Bates Middle School. He was looking forward to beginning his freshman year at Annapolis High School, excited for the next chapter with friends and new opportunities.

Survived by his parents Tricia Brown-Church and Carlos Wallace Sr., many siblings, grandparents, and godparents, Camarin was loved within a large family and by neighbors who remember his friendly presence and helpful nature. He often visited and spent time with close family friends, and his recordings of neighborhood fun capture a young life full of laughter and connection.

A visitation and private service were arranged by Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care in Annapolis. The family welcomed memories and stories from those who knew him, reflecting the many small kindnesses and joyful moments he shared.

Camarin’s life, though far too brief, left a lasting impression: a young person who cared for others, brought joy through humor, and lived with a warmth his community still remembers. His memory lives on in the stories, the smiles he inspired, and the love of his family and friends.
