Remembering Angelica

A life held close in memory

Angelica Pearl Medina (June 20, 1990 – July 8, 2025) was a loving daughter, partner, and devoted mother whose bright presence touched the lives of many in the Burley and Rupert communities. Known to family as “Bean,” Angelica grew up in the Rupert area and carried with her a quiet strength and gentle humor that made everyday moments feel special. She graduated from Mt. Harrison in 2009 and kept close ties to the people and places that shaped her youth.

Angelica was cherished for her kindness, her playful spirit, and an ability to bring laughter even on difficult days. Family remembered her as gentle and unstoppable — someone who loved life and loved hard. She placed family at the center of her world and took great joy in caring for her children and being present in their lives.

Friends and relatives recall Angelica’s ability to lighten a room with a joke or a warm smile. Though she could be shy, she was fiercely loyal to those she loved and found ways to support and uplift them. Her memory lives on in the small, everyday acts of care she shared and in the stories her family and friends carry forward.

A viewing for family and friends was held at Morrison Payne Funeral Home & Crematory in Burley, followed by a funeral service and burial at Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn. The family has expressed deep gratitude for the community’s support and the outpouring of condolences during this unimaginably difficult time.

Angelica is remembered first and always as a mother whose love defined her life. Those who knew her honor her memory by holding close the laughter she gave, the kindness she showed, and the quiet warmth she brought to every room.
